1994. Gil and Catherine open
Challeng’Hair in Paris, the first French clinic exclusively devoted to hair transplants. The comfort of the clinic, the safety and especially the quality of its services and procedures ensure that it quickly becomes a great success. In a few years, it becomes the benchmark clinic in France for hair transplant, a favorite with celebrities and VIPs from showbiz.
1996. Gil goes into Master Franchise partnership with his friend
Alain Vrain, a Frenchman, who opens a dozen Norgil institutes in
Canada.
1997. Gil gets to know
Alain Robert, the greatest climber in the world, who is losing his hair. Gil prescribes him an anti-hair loss treatment in one of his Norgil specialist hair centers and a hair transplant in his Paris clinic. Alain undergoes 3 transplant courses over 10 years. The result is remarkable, and Alain, delighted, becomes one of Gil’s best friends.
1998. Gil Mennetrey is awarded the
"Trophy Super Star Award" New Image in Palm Beach, Florida. The trophy is given to the World Manager of the Year in the market for baldness treatments.
